Lyndell really started wondering how she was going to get through another however many weeks it was, without letting anything slip, after a work colleague put her through the ringer.
Where, when, what kind of dress do you think you'll have, big wedding / small wedding... and even suggesting venues!
I know it's probably polite to ask how wedding plans are going, and what kind of event you are thinking about. But you can't just tell everyone you're eloping can you? Doesn't that defeat the purpose?
Everyone's interest is really very flattering, I guess we hadn't counted on so much of it, from so many people. Just as well we decided to make it quick.
Phil and Lyndell are officially "hitched", having exchanged marriage vows at Vlasoff Cay (or Middle Cay) at approximately 10am on Monday 19 January, 2009.
We ran away to get married to keep it simple. In many ways, the decision to elope was one of the easiest, however it brought with it complications we never imagined. More than anything, we hated concealing our plans from you, our friends and family. So, we kept this blog not only as part of our big "reveal" but also so that those of you who are interested could recount our experiences in planning our special day, if you choose.
